In Jan 2020, I decided to let go of my corporate career in favour of following my passion. Movement, meditation and health have been a central theme of my life for as long as I can remember. It carried me through my corporate career and two Master’s degrees. I was living in Paris when I realised that no amount of mainstream success could offset the pain of not following my true calling. I taught my first class on Jan 20, 2020 and knew right away that this was my purpose. And from there everything flowed organically.
Through my 20s, I trained in a variety of wellness modalities. I trained for strength, practiced yoga and learnt Ballet. I continued my training in Paris where I learnt Pilates and started my teaching journey. It became clear to me quite quickly that people want to explore their minds and bodies. Much like myself, they liked versatility and a playful approach to wellness. I realised that the passion that people have when they love what they do and have a positive association with their journey, far outweights the fruits of discipline. It is my endevour to make people want to take care of their health than feel stressed to do it.
